Soul Sessions

A space for deep exploration

1:1 Guidance through grief, spiritual development, integration, and navigating personal, emotional, or intuitive experiences.

Each session is intuitive and responsive to what is present for you. You may come in with a clear intention or simply a sense that something is ready to be explored. Together, we create a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and move through what is ready to shift.

Sessions may include grounding, breathwork, energetic clearing, and open conversation rooted in deep listening. Somatic practices such as movement or vocal expression may be used to support release and integration. There is space for grief, emotion, and full expression, with steady guidance throughout.

Sessions are held in-person in my home office in Denver's City Park neighborhood or virtually via Zoom.

Common intentions include grief support, sacred release, spiritual guidance, integration of non-ordinary states, energetic cleansing, or heart-centered conversation.

Home Clearings

Ideal for spaces that feel heavy, unsettled, or difficult to fully relax in

Each clearing begins with an intuitive assessment of the space and the energies present. From there, I work to shift, release, and rebalance what is no longer serving the home or those within it. This may include energetic clearing practices, working with smoke or herbs, and, when appropriate, communicating with or guiding non-physical presences.

The intention is always the same: to restore clarity, stability, and a sense of safety within the space. Only energies that are aligned, respectful, and supportive are allowed to remain.

Home clearings are offered throughout the greater Denver area but if you are located outside of this range, you are welcome to reach out to discuss availability. Sessions take between 45–90 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the space.

Please note: Clients are asked to provide context about the space and any concerns when booking so the session can be approached with care.

Support is provided in the place you feel most comfortable, whether that’s your home, a care facility, or a hospice setting. Virtual sessions are also available via Zoom when appropriate.
